Let’s get ready for your first Progressable therapy session.
Before the session
Complete the Pre Session Form to ensure we maximize the time available in the session.
Clear your diary so you have the full 90 minutes free and you won’t be interrupted.
If using a laptop, make sure it’s plugged in so you won’t lose power during the session.
Log-in one or two minutes before the start of the session to ensure you are connected and the camera positioned right for you.
During the session
We will take 90 minutes together and we’ll start by going through the Pre Session Form you completed.
Caroline will ask you some more questions which will feel like you are repeating yourself. This is done to ensure both clarity and a defined focus area.
You’ll be taken into a relaxed state through closing your eyes and accessing deeper thoughts and those that are normally easily conscious for you. In this state you are still very much in control and able to respond, but you’ll have a heightened awareness focused within. It’s a bit like falling asleep.
While you are in that relaxed state that your subconscious can more easily take on new information. Caroline may ask you questions about some memories which may be linked to the presenting issue Just say the very first thing that comes into your mind - don’t over think your responses. (You can decline this part in the Pre Session Form).
The last 15 - 20 minutes of the session will be recorded so you have a copy after the session.
After the session
Caroline will send you a post-session email with the recorded audio meditation. Listen to this audio at least 2 times a day for 21 days. Listen once while you are very conscious with eyes closed, sitting or lying comfortably and you can be uninterrupted. Listen again as you fall asleep at night. Use headphones for an even deeper experience of change.
Complete the review form for Caroline so her practice can continue to improve. Caroline will provide the link at the end of the therapy session.
Book a second session with Caroline if you are feeling either overwhelmed, confused, lack the progress you are seeking or would like to work on a second issue.
